The decision by owner and driver Cameron Tilley to convert his 1969 AnglomOil Pacer from a straight six to a vee-eight has got all of the motor sport media talking.
This will be the first time that a big block Valiant sedan has tormented the Touring Car Masters Championship.
Cameron has worked very long hours for months to make the conversion which required him creating bespoke parts for the drive train, new brakes and more.
He has long desired to do this and Sandown in a week’s time will see the dream become a reality.
