Tilley In 4th Outright

The AnglomOil Valiant Pacer is in 4th place outright on points after two strong races at Symmons Plains today.

Cameron Tilley finished 7th and 5th in the two 15 lap races. He has 72 points overall and is only 3 behind the third place Camaro.

The Tasmanian circuit doesn’t suit the lesser powered engine with its long front and back straights but even so the Sydney driver was on the tail of the 6th place car of veteran V8Supercar driver Steven Johnson in the first race, and in the second one he actually beat the winner of race one! The Gomersall Torana A9X. John Bowe clocked the fastest lap at 56.2s econds and Cameron wasn’t far behind with 57.8.
