So Blue

Former National Truck Racing champion and AnglomOil team driver Frank Amoroso has a favourite colour. Blue.

His Kenworth transporter has been painted a rich blue for years although his racing Kenworth – with its turbo powered 17litre engine – was a lighter shade of blue.

The big hit he took at Wakefield Park last season necessitated a rebuild and this gave him the opportunity to recolour the racing rig…which has emerged from the panel beaters in the same (close to AnglomOil blue!) colour as the transporter.

Frank’s new look truck will be seen in action in July at Winton.
