Newcastle Powerboat Racing

With 2018 just a week or so old Anglomoil is already preparing to support another high performance racing team…this time it is Cohen Brothers Racing and their Anglomoil branded F2 tunnel boat at Newcastle.

Newcastle Harbour is the venue for the opening round of the Australian Formula Powerboat Grand Prix season. Racing will commence each day at 9AM and include a number of categories.

For our driver, 18 year old Sydneysider Damon Cohen, this is his first full season in F2. He has been racing boats since the age of 10 and has won a number of national events. He has a new American made hull which is pushed through the water at alarming speeds by a Mercury SST outboard engine.

So ,head down to Honeysuckle Drive at Newcastle over the Australian Day weekend for some high speed boating action.
